ACSIL - Execute on start of new bar

I am looking for ways to identify the moment when a new bar starts with ACSIL. My solution so far is to identify the moment when the beginning time of the bar changes which means that a new bar started.

Does anyone know of other/better ways to identify a new bar start with ACSIL ?
