Hi DarkPoolTrading,

Have you found another way of doing this by any chance by now?

Thanks

Nope it isn't possible from what I have found. Whenever I want to see how the VP looked at a certain point in time, I just draw a custom profile quickly using the drawing tools.

It would be a nice feature for sure. But the rest of Sierra's volume profile capabilities, flexabilities and speed more than make up for it.

Hi @DarkPoolTrading,

I thought that you'd know - can Sierra do this ? Like Ninja and IRT can, i.e. the intraday and the composite sitting side by side ?

...because I been tryin' and no luck. Please say yes :-)

Thank you!

Solved

just had to flick allow profiles side by side on both the profiles. And then make the closer the intraday and the further the 'composite'

Sierra charts includes volume profile by default. I've used both gomi and Sierra, and cannot say enough good things about Sierra's volume profile capabilities. Extremely fast, extremely flexible.

What specific functionality do you require in Sierra, I may be able to tell you whether or not it already exists.

I like the heat map functionality and the ability to scroll to bring data in and out of the profile.
