Cobbled these together from some other members' indicators (maybe Cory's posted in downloads? or SC forum?)

Feel free to make them more user friendly...I am not a programmer

there are 2 indicators in the package:

'ACDvalues'
plot on a daily chart to give you current ACD levels...daily(intraday), weekly, and monthly

just a 30d average range multiplied by 20% for daily, 50% for weekly, and 100% for monthly.

'ACD'
plots the daily ACD levels (Aup & Adn) on an intraday chart

you need to manually input the ACD value into this indicator

for the weekly levels you might use the first few hours of the globex range sunday nite to establish an OR high and low or you could use the pit session 1hr on monday etc etc ...below is a weekly example using the first four hours of the globex session to establish an OR using a spreadsheet study and IB bands

for monthly for example you could use the 1st days HL or first 2 day pit session etc...and then overlay the levels on those numbers

2 bugs with the 'acd' ...maybe someone can fix

1) will not display levels past midnite if OR is say in the afternoon like for aussie$...so if ya plot OR for say the aussie$ then the plot will only goto midnite so put 23:59:59 in session end

2) for the session end input i usually put in 15-20mins prior to end since i may flip between time periods otherwise the plot will be wrong and will carry over from previous...if using globex session then not really any issue

Hey Boze Man

Thanks for making this great study. It really does the job.

I was just wondering how you go about overlaying the weekly and monthly levels onto a daily chart?

Any chance you could expand on that.

Cheers and thanks again for the work on this.

pretty easy if i can do it anyone can...have you ever used spreadsheets if not play around a bit to understand how they work

1) open new chartbook with a daily chart (for say glbx session plots) and apply the acdvalues study

2a) open new intraday chart 60m using glbx session
2b) apply spreadsheet study to intradaychart and rename
2c) apply initial balance study set to say 1700-2059.59cst (1st 4hrs) or whatever ya like
2d) apply study overlay to intraday and plot the acdvalues from the daily
2e) in spreadsheet should now have initial balance high and low values (which are a substitute for the OR high and low) and weekly acd value...in column K just take IB high and add acd weekly value and plot etc etc
2f) for weekly A i use previous week fridays' A value...so use "=if(weekday(a3)<weekday(a4),.... " in the spreadsheet to find the proper weekly A

for pit data need to create a pit session daily chart to get values or just use glbx daily and apply to pit intraday chart...maybe use 1st pit hour for the weekly or 1st 2hrs etc

for monthly do the same as 2a-2f but need to dig out the 'mark bars' study in user contributed studies to find the high and low of 1st day of month instead of initial balance also need to use "if(month(a3)>month(a4),...." in the spreadsheet study to find the proper monthly A...i use prev months final A value for new month

there may be better ways to find the weekly OR and monthly OR but that has been what i have used if anyone knows please chime in

good luck

Thanks Boze Man

I'm going to have to have a play around with this some more to get it fine tuned.

Appreciate your time.

Cheers
