I would like to color the volume bar maroon if the day closed lower than it opened and the volume is 30% greater or more than the prior day.

I would also like to color the volume bar blue if the day closed higher than it opened and the volume is 30% greater or more than the prior day.

The rest of the days I want colored just like they are by default, green for up and red for down.

I've looked through the studies and can't find one to make this happen. Is this possible in SC with a current indicator or do I have to have someone make it for me?

You can do this with two instances of the Color Bar Based On Alert Condition study, one for each color.

On the Settings and Inputs tab:
-Set the Based On to the Volume study
-Set the Chart Region to the same as the volume study
-Set the Output When Condition True to Use Input Data
-Set the Input Data to Volume

On the Subgraphs tab:
-Set the Draw Style to Bar
-Set the Width to the same as the Volume study

On the Alerts tab:
Maroon instance:
=AND(C<O,V>V[-1]*1.3)
Blue instance:
=AND(C>O,V>V[-1]*1.3)
