I am trying to find out what Line 65 does, it is read only but contols what?
May have to ask Sierra support.

J58- J70 our read only outputs from the spreadsheet study's settings.

J65 used to be Minimum Order Quantity, but that was eliminated from the spreadsheet settings, but apparently not from the spreadsheet.

Your minimum quantity is now set in J26 if you are not using the Trade Window quantity, but it looks like there is going to be a change to how this works with the Trade Window:
Triggering of attached orders breaks my trading system (bug, or - Support Board - Sierra Chart
