To get the midline to graph historically, go to the Daily OHLC study settings and set 'Graph High and Low Historically' to Yes.

Hi,

Thanks for this .

However, is there a reason you did the MID via the Subgraphs Average Study?

You can actually use the Daily OHLC's HL Avg. subgraph if you make sure to turn on "Graph High/Low Historically" option.

That works also.

really appreciate this thread, I had been wondering how to throw a mid line on my chart and now i have it so thanks everyone for the help!

i have a question about the IB. i would like to throw the IBHI and IBLO on my chart and notice that you used the hi/lo for time period study for it so when i go to do that it only has the line for the first hour, how can i get it to extend all the way to end of day?

Make sure you are using the "High/Low For Time Period - Extended" study.

Yea, true. I updated a few settings so my chartbook looks a bit different than my original screens. Also, I use IQ feed so you'll need to adjust the selected futures.

this was very useful to me! Is there a way to show the quadrants (25%, mid, and 75%) of the daily range as a bar. You currently have the MID showing and that is very useful to me. I also want to show the 25% and 75% lines.
Thanks for help.
