I'm curious about some of the terminology that appears on your charts. What do you mean by "macro bias" and "micro bias"? What are you using to determine these?

I hope my chart will explain what bias is and when it confirms. Marco versus Mirco if you look at the charts you will see they are differnt data sets (like weekly vs. daily).

Not a great day, made some mistakes but still followed bias and made +6.25 pt.

I missed trades on the Eur/Usd, the market was moving to fast for me to trade both. I need to work on that and not panic when things move fast.

Key area's to test to see if we can trend up again.

Today was not a good day to make mistakes and get back to break even on the ES. The ES moved more the 1st hour of the after hours session then it did all day. I took a break out trade and know to Risk only one Bar, because they either go quick or they stall and stop you out. I do not need to learn that lesson again.
The first Trade was ok, I had my first target hit but not filled. I could have scratched this trade but did not.
-9.50 Pts total Today (not a good day but the week is not over.)

Eur/Usd I missed a fill with a limit order, but got in as the market backed and filled. I missed some opportunities later in the day watching my bad ES trade.

27+ PiPs today (ok but need to press harder)

Markets are stretched and volatility should be good today.

Another flat line day, both markets moved hugh in the over night.

2 trades short in the ES for 0.00, I just pay commisions today. I missed a long trade late in the day but I was wore out and have a hard time changing directions.

Eur/USD about the same movement as the ES, none. Made 2 trades for 9 pips @ 10000k.

I hope we have some action tomorrow.

A another nothing day with 2 losses. ES did not move much after the fail continution at 1329
ES -7.75 Loss

Eur/Usd moved today but I missed a trade and a fill. I never got in the grove today. I need to get it together, I'm making rookie mistakes and fighting the Bias which is always a loser.
