This week was not a good week, I traded against my Bias twice, did not hold trades to targets and had a hard time trading two markets.

The core of my edge is Bias, when I trade against it I become a random trader. Trading is consistently taking trades with your edge and measuring your edge in a sample size(20 to 25 trades). When we take trades that are not consistent with our edge we become the customer in the casino having random unmeasurable results. To be a consistent trader we must follow rules to a T, so we can measure the success or failure of an edge. Then we can become the house with consistent results. I had random trades and did not take trades with Bias. My results show this.

Both ES and Eur/Usd still Trending up.

Running behind today prep for today is aready over up on target.

I had a little luck in the ES overnight session but gave some back fighting bias. I had a good day and night trading Aud and the Euro.

Everything is hitting new highs and good opportunities trading with Bias.

One trade before bed, I was mad because yesterday I hit it long 3 times and of course it broke on the 4 time late in the day. This at least made up for that missed opportunity.
Eur/Usd 59 pips @ 10000k

Not a bad day but it could have been a real good day. Prep was on target this morning. I made good trades but failed on one exit and it cost me. I need to take every trade and trade it the same not exiting to soon or moving stop etc.

ES 1 trade +8pts good entry and exits

Euro +43.50 Pips good entries and exits except for one bad exit that cost me 55 pips

Both ES and Eur/Usd in Marco corrections from yesterday's run ups.

I was feeling a little under the weather(allergy season) so not a very great day.

Fought Bias in this huge up trend ES -4.00pt

Missed good opportunity in Eur/USD but managed 8.5 pips @ 10000K

I don't like excuses for lose or under/overtrading, but when I feel under the weather no trading or smaller size keeps me out of trouble. Even sticking to this rule I should never fight Marco or Mirco Bais at anytime.

Both ES and Euro pushing up to new highs again.

Still fighting allergies but traded the Eur/Usd and the Aud/Usd a little. No ES trades today.

Good prep on both ES an Euro I just need better exection. Had dirction right on Euro but it move against me and I reversed my trade and of course had two losers. If stop would have been let alone I woul have had a 60 pip trade.
Eur/Usd - 62 pips on two winning trades if I would have left them alone!!
Aud/Usd + 41 on a good Inside bid trade

So over all not a great day.
