Today I had my tax account at my office so I was in and out all day and missing some great action. We filled the gap in the morning and found support in the afternoon for the rally up. I had one good entry and exit for 4.00. I had one bad trade trying to reenter a trade that I stretched but the ES was holding 1134 area and not moving down. Then I the should a, could a, would a trade that I moved my stop to breakeven to soon and got low ticked out of.
Trading is a lot of what could have been when you don't follow your rules.
It looks like we start the day in a contraction. I still think we have room to move up before we test 1100. If we stay in this symmetrical triangle but hold micro bias up we should retest 1170. Today I think 1146 is our line in the sand. A hold of 1146, we move up to 1170 or possibly 1200 and if we break it then we should retest 1100.
Another busy morning I missed all the shorts down. The late morning and afternoon was not good I had a lot of mistakes which cost me a good day. I again need to stop fading bias, take profits and take setups with high risk/reward.

I've posted a chart of my trades today in YM. Today was a rough day for me too (too many marginal trades) but I was lucky enough to come out with a profit (sim).

Quick prep I'm running late. I'm looking for the ES to retest 1200 but it needs to find support. Area's for a failed continuation and then a move up 1165 (gap close), 1158 ( micro) bias and 1150 (macro support). Shorts can be taken down to 1150 and take profits quick.
I've been busy with other things all week and it shows. I've missed allot of trades, my prep and direction have been right. I need to work on taking every trade.
If 1196 holds resistance we should move back down to test 1177 (Micro Bias) before we run up to retest 1225. We could also blow through 1196 and then come back to retest it before moving up to 1225.The down side is ok if we hold 1196, but cover at 1177 (Micro Bias) .
Today like all week I could have been better. My stop placement cost me 2.75 points. I got low ticked moving stop to breakeven plus one tick which cost me 3.00 plus ticks. I also did not take a few good trades and exited early on a few. I'm getting direction right but need work with execution.
