Hi guys.A bit of a letdown today.Big volatility off the open, .I took a small loss on a short, and was looking to reverse, but cl took off, leaving me far behind.Im not going to chase the beast.Later on, i took a short , that i closed a bit prematurely.Pa was getting so slow, that the entry signal was just "floundering".Of course, afetyr closing it, boom, it worked.So, the theme today is...take the signals that fit the criteria..all of them..if i had done just that, today would have been just another day, no problems

there were 5 potential entries in the time i was on the computer.(till 10:30)
1)+15
2)-13
3)pass vwap rule
4)pulled away, had to cancel order..+15
5)pass..lod/hod rule


Break even on the day,adhered to the rules

From 9 to 11:30, there were 7 potential entries.#1 i missed , as i had just walked in.#7, a long didnt qualify, as it was too close to rth vwap.#3 i passed on, and i shouldnt have.I grade myself a C+ for execution because of that.
So, entries 1 through 4 were shorts, ...no reason to fight the tide.#5 was a long which failed.All in all, not bad

sept 20 trade.
I had it in my mind that there would be no trades
for me today, as i had an appt just after the open.
However, when i walked in at 9:05,the short was just too good to miss.
We were testing the desc eth vwap, with absorption which had some good confluence:
9/17 vah /hod/singl prints
9/18ledge/single prints
9/19 lod/single prints

The kind of trade, where, if it fails.....i tip my hat
I have settled into a nice rythem,and that is very good.Its never happened to me, so im not sure what to think...All i know, is im going to keep doing what ive been doing

jan 21 recap.I have still been plugging away,every day.My intention is to do recaps every day, as well as past recaps randomly.I typically am able to be on the cl from 9:15 to 11:30.This is actually fine, as the cl slows down after 11 anyway.

I try to do replays often , and they are good, but time consuming.I am looking for 1 to 3 entries a day.To use my limited time at nights better, i would like to review 2-3 recaps before bed,and just keep plugging away.

opened above pref days high, slight pb , into pref days range…….then HHs and HLs. All the while above TODAYS OPEN AND PREV DAYS HOD.We took shorts…why?The Macd was in line for a long…We have no idea how far the longs will go..do math calculations for that…Look at macd on 5min.Ranging sweeps.If entries are at the edges, should be good on both sides…but…should be focussing on longs
