all breakeven trades.Cl was very rangy this am,however,we spent the whole rth above vwap.I was curious to see this stlye in a range day.BUT,we didnt stay in the range.I like to trade on the periphery of the profile,out of all the traffic.As i continue to dial in,my hope is that it will evolve into an aggressive method,using the context of the day intelligently.I often get trapped,seeing the leaves ,and not the forrest.I took my shots today,but too often ,the entry appeared in the thick of the profile.Also,today,the bias was up.I think scalping the highs (before the ramp),and holding the longs would have been better serving.................Now,i want to stick with a strategy that is aggressive,but not reckless.There is a fine line.........................................Also,my entry placement is evolving.The goal,is to get logical entries,where,if im wrong,we typically get a heads up,and can get out without a full stop.Today,i think the major theme was about the vwap support all am.We were making higher highs also.The ramp was not a surprise.I will continue to observe,and work in this direction...................-$280 so far total

1 trade price action opened up near the ON vwap,and as the 3 min got in line,and just above the vwap,i entered my buy limit.I was a little hesitant ,as we were literally on top of the vwap,but the signal was there.Might entry was missed by 1 tick.This happened to me twice yesterday.From now on ,if the support is .50,the entry will be 3 ticks above that for the entry.Typically,i have the entry at the support.I cant be so stingy with the entries,that i miss trades.Anyway,my preference is definately taking the origin of the move.I seem to be reluctant to take the pbs after the fact.The cl is rangy often,so for now ,ill look for those trades i feel comfortable with.I did take a long at lunch that did setup,but the vol was so bad,i took a small gain.Luckily,as the 5min15 smacked it hard.-$247 total...................This is an important point.Dont fight a steep 5min15 the first time.I know this....If i had 30 ticks room,fine....i had 10....Another important point,is the rth vwap needs to be used after 10 am...I use the eth vwap until then.........................................................................................................................................................I USE THESE DOTS MY BROWSER WONT ALLOW FOR PARAGRAPHS!!..............I will point out,also,that i was tired ,just tired from watching the cl...Part of my reason for not trading lunch for now

I sat down with the intention of keeping it simple.Take the trades that form on the 3min,and watch rth profile develop.Well,the first trade,i did that,and we hit the target.What happened after that, is a different story.Again,i get worn down,seeing the leaves and not the forrest.The 2nd trade was reactionary,top fishing.Got out luckily on that one.The 3rd trade was more in line with the 1st trade,but just wasnt setting up nice enough,and i got triggered before i could cancel.No problem.
As much as i am focussing now,it just needs to stay in the simple context of that 3 min setup.I have alot of tools now,and its obvious,that i just need to stick to the plan.

On Monday ,i would like to see trades with this method i am using,and stick with that...I dont want to be talking about other trades that i shouldnt have taken

Today,i was determined to stick to the plan,that i spoke about last week.Keep it simple.The cl opened and dropped.Big selloff.I have downloaded jing,so here we go
A)1st 5/15 cross on 1min.Early entry..counter trend.Took some heat,went +9,then setup short again.bailed -17.Trade fit criteria.Will continue to evaluate this early entry.It happens all the time,but on a trend day,watch out.The 5min 15 or the 1min 50 target
B)2nd 5/15 cross on 1min.More reliable.Missed my entry by 2 ticks.
C)Pb to asc 3min5 and asc5min5.Be aggressive.Actually,still in from B if filled.
D)Mistake,short...-3.IF we are looking for a short here,take short at desc .5min15 .This is important.
E)Again,5/15 cross on 1min,be aggressive
F)PB to asc 5min15,asc 3min15,and 1min50.
G)4th 5/15 cross on 1min,quick pb..
As we see,there were plentyof trades.I dont have a problem that the 1st trade failed.Also,the mistake was there....BUT..the mistake totally threw me off of the context and confluence that was in front of me.-$322 total.The trades are there each day,just remain focussed.There computer issues today also,but,no excuses.Its obvious to me,that i start to tilt a bit after 1 1/2 hours.A work in progress
