You see to really stick w/ your rules. Good work.

I have to, I am very lazy man, with weak rules in all parts of my life..trading would be good not only for my wallet, but I hope for making me a better person with discipline and balanced top view on things.

Thanks for your video sessions, I am watching it.

inspired by Bluemele in TF day trading journal I recorded my session, but I dont have a mic for commentation my view on market. I will shortly describe it.

When I began, it looked quite choppy, or better say in range. No strong trend, so I checked higher time frames RB6 and RB12. There was same direction -> down. I did only one trade, after nice bounce from EMA50 I jumped in, there was couple situations which didnt look good, but I managed my trade properly. You can see that I am moving my stop loss not only in direction of my trade, but I move it against too. I am just counting open of new candle above midBB and sometimes it is very tricky to catch it. After this trade I had a call, so no more trades, because I was not concentrated. Again, not reached a daily goal, or in easier way daily loss limit .

Nice! It just sat there on your Profit Target and didn't fill you. Man... You are good at sticking to it.

First of all, I have to mention, that I closed friday with profit, which means that historicaly in my "trading career" I have 5 winning days in row or lets say complete week, thats why I am celebrating. I am realistic, so I know that more tough work will come with real money, but this could be good training.

I came too late, so I joined session in half-time. No special situations, everything according to plan.

trades

nr.1 bounce on RB6 from EMA50, didnt work, exit on moved sl.
nr.2 I waited until both higher tf were on same direction and then on rebound from EMA50 I caught my entry signal, the rest was as usual (it would sound good after next 6-12 months )

I am going to review my work during weekend, collect notes, but no changes in plan. I have to hold on with this strategy, I am on good way, I hope.

hi traders.

I am going to check your results, because I have not much to show for today..
When I began trading, there was ranging market from 87,53-87,85,
higher timeframes showed for downtrend, but no valid signals.
Finally I got one, but there was not enough power to finish it on PT,
so I was kicked on moved stop loss. I am happy, that I didnt jump in without signal.
Thats my positive point of the day

Feel better soon. Always a smart move to not trade when not focused and energized.

Am I feeling chilled, healthy, focused...ready for action? I did, but not now

After 2 days without trading I was prepared to "earn" some money. The last hour on CL was cruel, no decent move, doesnt matter if I watched 3,6,12 rangebars. It was boring and I wanted some action and I was more thinking where could be such a action than watching charts. 2x loss, no big deal, could be worse, but I am not proud on myself.

this day was almost same like yesterday...I shot only once - silly trade, not defined trend, only chop after nice downtrend.
I took a lesson - the name would be: "on CL could be sideway movement too ! " But it is sad, that I realized it today, not earlier.
Mr. Jack Johnson could fix my mood, I thought, that my progress will be more smooth, I have to be more careful.
So have a nice weekend and next week I am back, with better results!
