I would have thought using the term 'guaranteed' trades when they don't mean what you think would be pretty misleading under the authorities' rules.

Also, I realise it's a standard disclaimer, but 37k for a course that should not be used with real money -

Reminds me of this brithish guy who wanted to sell me the magical grid , a cheesy software displaying moving averages and fib levels for 5k and an additional 200 USD monthly for an fx data feed. Last time I checked, I can have any of the above for FREE through Metatrader .

And they only accept 5 students a year,, Well when you make $188,750 a year selling scams who needs to trade.

I know this guy. He is legit. Thursday, after the market in his blog, he called for a top in ES. Friday the drop came. He is secretive and protective of his method and only gets involved with people he believes he can trust fully. He charges a high price to deter "trading fools and time wasters", his words not mine.
