Strange question, or maybe I don't understand what you want to ask.
It opens at that moment, why do you want it to wait another bar ?
If I need another bar for a confirmation, that would be included in the logic of the strategy.

I have seen a number of postings on NT's forum about members complaining about having to wait for a new bar before their trade executes.
