Do you have a beta release channel for users that wish to test new features, for example the new client API?

Yes. Today, we have an area in our community forum dedicated to Beta feedback for users who want to test a pre-release beta version of our trading platform and get a preview of new functionality.

For the API, we will be creating a completely separate area in our community which will also be monitored by some of our developers. We don't intend to teach users "how" to code, but we will be available to handle technical issues/bugs related to the API.

If my funds are currently held at Phillip Capital with another broker, is there any easy way for them to move the funds in house vs. them wiring my funds and then wiring them back?

Hey! Thanks for doing this! Loving Tradovate and all the included tools. I just had a question about renkos. I've noticed they get quite buggy and can't keep up with price action. Is there any chance of fixing them?

The best advice would be to open a ticket with our support team. They will be able to gather some information and escalate to the tech team as needed

That can be handled without wiring. You can just email funds[at]tradovate.com and confirm you wish to transfer funds from one account to another account at PCI. You will need to specify both account numbers and the amount you wish to transfer. We will then send this request to PCI and they will transfer it internally.

Thanks for the great videos! In this video, Trevors Initial Balance extension goes 100% above and also 100% below the initial balance. When I try to duplicate this my extension only goes above the initial balance but not below it. Anyone know the solution for this? Thanks!!

I don't use the extensions but just tried them with the Desktop version ending 226, and I only had extensions above too.
Could be this issue from the Tradovate Forum?
