@JBroex the only other thing you might want to look at is your video card and ports on your computer. My MSI has a Quadro5000 and my Lenovo has a GTX1660ti...both of them have plenty of power to drive my 3 external 4k monitors.
Since @bobwest called me out, here are my thoughts as an algo trader. You should have two computers, one for strategy development and one for trading. Do not try to do both on one; it will cost you more than it is worth. You will get wonky results if you try to do both at the same time.
The trading computer does not have to be extremely robust. For live algo/systematic/automated/auto trading, I use a virtual machine provided by Azure. Read more at this thread:

That virtual machine is not extremely fast or robust, but it works running multiple strategies. CPU utilization is fairly low.
My wife and I do strategy development, testing, and optimization on both our Surface Book Pro laptops (mine is 5 years old, first generation), as well as my custom build desktop, which is 4+ years old. They have been robust enough to handle the load. My monitors are 5+ years old.
It's also a good idea to keep a laptop / smartphone as a backup device so you can close your trades in case there's an issue with your trading PC.
Smartphone + independent data plan (not wifi, so you don't depend on your router) is good enough.

Hey guys I decided to have a Desktop Computer built for my main trading rig. One specific requirement I have is to run 12 4k monitors. Would any of you know what would be the best Video Card or combination to get for this? I am not a gamer, this will be for trading only.
In addition to using multiple GPUs it might be worth it to look into GPU output splitting. You can split the output of 1 GPU display port output to 2 display port monitor inputs (works with HDMI as well).
I've done this with 1080p monitors a while ago. I'm not sure if that's possible with 4k though.
If you haven't bough the monitors already you can get fewer larger ones, instead of more small monitors and save on an extra GPU & the hassle to set it up. Ultrawide monitors / TVs are a good option.
