Made a burger for lunch. Some pork belly blanketing the cheese burger and a roll. There are potatoes and salad on the side. I like heat so slathered some homemade Habanero sauce on top. No sure about the beef-fat ratio, its just the ground beef the butcher sells.

Everything looks good, only problem is if you're going to eat pork belly you might as well ditch the whole grain bun lol

well, to cancel out any benefit of the whole grains I smeared some butter on the bun!

What happens when the juices run off, is there a grate that catches the juices and funnels it back through a tube that then sprays it back on the meat like a fine mist that can also be used as a cologne, inhalant, or even possibly harnessed into a liquid that could then be made into a soup or carbonated into soft drink? Maybe it's even possible to continuously burn the juices till it becomes a condensed solid wax for a candle to give to people for xmas presents. I'm trying to see all the potential business angles on this puppy. The average person sees a slab of stone, I see endless possibilities.

Itchy, I think BK has beaten you to the cologne idea...but the market might be big enough for a Steak Cologne?

I want to make one that's called the beefeater

Chicken Bouillon, celery salt, Lemon Juice, Pepper, ginger root, beef eater gin, and ginger ale with a single beef rib bone as a cocktail straw.

Is that a marinade?
