This weeks issue was, Target Focused on DAX and the DAX got forgotten about mainly Gold, but GA starting to get some action to.

Still coulda traded the range on the DAX and made my wage from many repeat trades easy, but not really what I'm after.

Need to grow a pair and start trading gold, I see the spreads dropped to 4.4pips ( well 44 but that's annoying )

GA's not great, but it tripled my account a while back so better keep it around.

Getting better at spotting whether to play chop or jump on the direction, obviously never going to get it right 100% of the time.


Very few pips, but learnt some stuff maybe, hopefully next week trades better.

Jiggling my phones and tablets around, back to using 4.3" phone as a phone, which can trade, save the 5.2" for pure trading extend the battery life and if it goes down, still go my phone or use the N7 when more stationary.

Testing is looking good, just got to set the alarms and take more trades well ALL trades.

DAX Sideways markets play the range and trend.
Gold and GA for Trend only markets spread being hard to recover and all.



Stick to the plan and repeat until rich / dead sorted!

1 trade, lost -14 the move up on DAX caught me, the 2nd 1, shoulda played it the other way, knew it at the time, but failed at entry with momentum.

No work booked for rest of the week maybe, so better get some trades in, markets are looking stronger.


I'm definately a better chop / range player than momentum player, this needs work.

Alterations ( Improvements, hopefully, but never for sure LOL )

Speeding up SMA for Envelopes and Mid line to 17sma, and adding a 0.05% Envelope and reducing the 0.2% to 0.15%

Reason being more trades in these slower markets ( constant adapting required sadly, never easy ), tighter SL, abit more scalp biased.

No trades today, watched for a bit to get used to new setup which I LIKE a lot so far, about to go short Dax 9945 area got emergency called out, IT love it drove 40miles away to make a new short cut on a tablet, which is totally not what they was describing, useless W!

So missed a 20pip+ move, which would of cost me ZERO in fuel and made me 4x's more than the callout gets me, without even leaving my bed


I've got no work away booked for 3days, better get making some pips hey!! ( Jinxed! )


New chart look of am on DAX, looks too easy

Been trying for ages to find a slower SMA for a simple cross method to better judge medium term momentum, but failing, until today, the current setup I'm running works with a 37sma very nicely.


Better wake up and start making some pips, been demo trading this am and looking great.

DAX Long 9901 SL 9890, may take 2nd position @97 if it looks good.

Likely going to chop before news, so range bound 9898 - 9912 area expected.

Looking NASTY!!! setup worked all am perfectly use it live and doh!!


Short term momentum is down, 2nd pos at 97 as planned, we shall see, hit SL then reverse is my bet LOL


10mins later and the setup would of been short under the mid line, sl at the +0.05%

buyers are coming back, looking for soft exit

Sure wish I'd of took 2nd position a few seconds later, 3 - 4 pips lower.

Looking promising, but ofcourse this is another short position, so odds are it'll reverse on me, holding it for a bit though.

That move down, lowered my chop range, shoulda bailed for +2 +6 but need some proper cash sooner or later.
