I trade the first hour to hour & a half of europe and then I go for a run in the park, go out for lunch at a restaurant, and if I have extra time I work on some of my prototypes. Then I trade ES from about 14:30 to 18:00. I also trade ES from 20:30 until I get a winning trade and then I quit. I really like the last 90 minutes of ES. The levels are defined and I can always find a good trade.

Nice cunparis, we have a similar time schedule.
The only small difference is that, when you go out for a run and lunch, I go running my small business, which I really want to close, and at 20:30 I usually go play tennis.

As long as we get some fun & exercise in there then all is well.

yesterday's video gave 95 & 80 for targets. We made it to 83 which is on a small trendline, so buying is expected here. But I still think 78 will be hit and next target down, if it make it, is 64.

I do a lot of tweets like this during the day so if you're interested you can follow me on Twitter. If you never used Twitter before, I didn't either. I thought it was silly Tweeting "going out for ice cream" but it's really useful for trading. Like a big de-centralized global chat room.

Mine is set to 50 but I only look at recent action such as the last swing. well I go back as far as I have to to see the profiles around the current area..

This sound interesting.
Someone know if there is a NT indicator that tweets trades automatically?

I don't have such indicator here, but you can use basic C# HttpWebRequest/HttpWebResponse, or, easier (but the previous is not very hard), the twitterizer library.
