And if anyone is interested in a "clear Liquid Drink" I made this one with Jello, ice and Country Time Lemonade mix. Yummy. When you are on a clear liquid diet for a few days you get a little creative.
Back from Colonoscopy... Three years till the next one. If anyone reading this is over 50 and has not had there's yet; I am the poster child for getting them. In 2007 at the age of 50 my first colonoscopy saved my life literally.
A little trouble with the roll. Also being 9/11 my head isn't quite into trading totally today.
Still in SIM as have yet to produce a reasonable return, but I am getting there.
Amazing what a difference lowering stress and getting more sleep makes.
Still throwing mud at the wall until it starts sticking.
Some stuck this week, however I violated my trading rules too many times.
And yes I know that both not having rules or not following rules you have are both
certain recipes for disaster down the road.
