Believe your weekend has been going well. Ditto here .. Nelson feels so much better with your blessings + his psyche is relieved after the emergency visit. Remember the specialist glued his 1.5" crack and now it stands a better chance of "minimal or invisible" post-accident impact!
We had a nice birthday dinner last night and you will have a glimpse LOL! Some of you may have missed his big grin with a homemade birthday cake .. haha ..
Only one outstanding item to accomplish for me: finish the remaining 1/3 book. Will go out now and let's hope I will have 2 hours or so to achieve this .. smile ..

Thanks Mike. I'm also surprised that he feels almost painless today. It's very scary when it's simply bleeding non-stop for over 30 minutes. Oh, first-aid spray did not work and actually re-opened the wound - gosh!
No one wants a 1.5" scar ... so the magical glue treatment has soothed him substantially .. smile! I will start applying aloe cream on him when the special bandages peel off.
Now will have a movie session .. almost 9:00 pm LOL!
I did accomplish my last weekend trading item minutes ago .. Hurrah! Mind Over Markets - a Great MP book. Learned a lot and will re-read certain chapters soon.
1. No Counter-trend trade! Almost did one and am glad that I cancelled the Sell order even it's a profitable one. It's more important to follow the trading rules than having a profitable trade!
2. Preserve Precious Capital: It's in my mind/behaviour now I think! haha ..
Emotion:
1. The trade was working say 2 ticks in my favor before going south for a little while. I was called away for a few minutes and let the trade run its course. The soothing part was (has been) having both PT and SL orders though I manually placed them.
2. I asked myself before the market opened IF I am going to do a real trade this morning. Monday has not been my favorite trading day (not sure why) though Friday has been worse since I quite often (in the past) lost all my gains for the week + more on a Friday.
Confession:
I started following a trader using Volume-based Market Profile last Wed. He has been tweeting his trades occasionally. I was thinking "That's great! He will give me trade ideas!". Well, he's not tweeting today and I was quite disappointed.
After clicking the "Refresh" button many many times for new tweets (NIL) .. I realize my stupidity! Back to start looking for trade set-ups ON MY OWN LOL!

VPOCs: 1161 and 1212.50 (it touched VPOC @1192.50)

80% Rule Strategy:
Since it opened and stayed within the previous day's Value Area for the first 2 30-minute brackets, I will expect its trading back-and-forth within 1186.5 - 1199.5 today. Certainly will bear today's IB in mind. Well, the market will tell us where it wants to go!
