You have to zoom in a lot first before clicking and that usually works, but it's a complicated problem to resolve on this old framework.

I zoomed all the way in and still nothing. It was working before this weekend, but stopped Sunday.

It is only on phone. I was able to click it on tablet.

Minor feature added, making it easier for users to realize they have event email notifications turned off.
