Site was up/down for about 35 minutes today due to a failed hard drive replacement that went badly. I was trying to juggle a live webinar with FT71 while also talking to data center which caused delays.

Everything is back now.

if I understand right you can edit a post up to 24 hours (unless of course you're the thread starter). would it be possible to extend that for uploading an indicator?

it's really embarrassing, but I managed again to upload an indicator with a bug. it's in this post:

Volume alert indicator mrmuggins, I don't know about "make the chart marker appear on other charts of the same instrument that I have opened at the time". as far as I know you'll need to load that indicator on every chart and add a second data series if different. …

I posted a corrected version in a later post. I really hate to bother you and ask to delete that indicator. very sorry about that. just wish I could do that by myself.

I removed it.

24 hours is the max allowed except for post #1 in a thread. Generally I would say do not worry about removing an indicator from a thread unless there is a massive problem with it, instead just post a new version.
