Well heres mine from last year to kick things off...I got the health thing nailed getting to the gym lots and achiving my goals there, eating very well and making an effort to meditate more so am feeling great from a health perspective, makes such a difference. I have also stuck to my method although to enable me to have a better quality of life I have increased the time frame. Over the past few months I have been making more of an effort to give people the time they deserve but for a large part of the year that was not the case so I still need to keep an eye on that and work at it. I have a specific trading goal I will set out in my journal. I will also undertake a physical challenge this year. I will travel this year, I want to take 2 decent holidays. Make an effort in my personal relationships. Buy a car!

Fantastic work @rassi! Congrats! Imagine what you can accomplish this year with the same hard work and determination.

I'm trying to go to sleep earlier, but it's hard, my circadian rithm is a little messed up

In 2011 the new Ferrari 612 is coming out, I just got an invitation to visit the factory in Italy in Januari for an absolute exclusive preview, even before the press release.....what a great year 2011 will be !!!

Sheese, not the new years thing again. I'm gonna' go for it this time and actually put it in writing (which I never do) for once for all to see.
*I'm going to continue to work on my fear and become more mechanical
*I WILL NOT PAY FOR ONE MORE INDICATOR (Thanks futures.io (formerly BMT)) or TRADING ROOM EVER!
*I will improve my eating an excercise even more as to improve my focus
*I will remove all negative people from my life
*Continue the honesty with myself regarding my trading, it wasn't until I got honest that I started to become profitable
*Help those that can be helped and hope for the best for those that can't
*Spend less time here in my office and more time with the wife and daughter

no new year resolution for me

but then hope things will go fine

I always have a few resolutions related to my overall life plan and this year will be the first time i have included trading so here goes:

1. Trade less. I make more money when I trade less.
2. NEVER EVER look for the holy grail again.
3. Finally make my living from trading.
4. Focus my efforts on self control and discipline.
5. Return my life to its normal balance between work and living.
6. Fill my life with good stuff, positive re-enforcement and wonderful relationships
7. Give back at least 10% of all my earnings......I have a TGA. Targeted Giving Account.
8. Eat better and exercise more.

I have a detailed plan about how to achieve each of these but this is the summary.
