the red dot is where we anticapated a long trade form 25.25 - note the drop and how the floating trend line always stayed at the 50% fib as each lower low was set -this is why you should never try to guess where the power turn is -as as each lower tick creates TIME AND DISTANCE between the base and the 50% crossover

if you try to go long before the lower ma crosses the fib -it could very walk against you

notice how the price never got above the 50% fib and was stopped out at the exit

next setup after stop out -so have you ever wondered how 1 tick lower stop outs occur

now see how the ma crossed back below the trendline -this is a good exit or reversal to a short -to help reduce your loss exposure

now as you review back the last several entries -you will see the fib box ( area of wall between the 0 and 100% )getting smaller and smaller

another decision zone
note small buying on A&D
stuck between 50% and lower fib base
4 tick risk
never closed above 50%
