welcome !
yes as you have found out this game is very difficult and we will all agree with you on that one in this board.
It is very wise to park the real trading for now to stop the bleeding...
one always struggles to find a real edge. Many ideas are just that ideas and we try and prove them by laying out money only to see the money dissappear.
your honesty and ability to tell/see where you are at in the process is important , this can be part of your edge having this ability.
best of luck crazyguy and welcome !
best
John

Hello, I retired from healthcare after being laid off when our hospital was taken over and new administration wanted to get rid of the older experienced administration and managers. I have been making an attempt to trade for money for 5-6 years, but so far have lost a good deal of my retirement money. I get my butt kicked too often for large amounts with futures, usually after making several small gains and when volatility gets crazy and got kicked many times over past trump tweets and other news. I've been working on fine tuning and discipline. I'm going back to sim for now. Problem is, I often do quite well with sim. I joined to help me become a more disciplined non-revengeful successful trader. I trade mini's and micros, options and stocks.

Hi, I'm Jacobo from Spain.
I have been trading simulated futures and developing automated strategies with Ninjatrader8.
There are a lot of things I need to learn and I hope your help.
I will also share my experience.
Greetings to all the community.

Hello All. Happy to join a community of fellow traders. I am trying out the Leeloo funded trading. I am 2 days into the evaluation of the 25k account. Hoping for the best!!!
I am new to futures but I have been doing SIM on NinjaTrader and blew up some of my own money but I am learning how to trade with strict rules and risk management.

Hi everyone,

I'm new to futures trading and really enjoy the challenge despite losing a lot of money in my short time trading. I look forward to learning from everyone on the forum and hopefully becoming profitable at this someday.

Hello, I'm Alex. I've been trading options for 3 years now, mostly SPX. I was sick with COVID last month so I wasn't looking to deal with theta while I was sick as a dog/foggy in the head so I decided to trade ES til I recovered. Turns out I like trading ES better lol.
