Today Friday and last day of month.

From Monday the new Dax Mini will be introduced with IB.
(it works already since yesterday)
It is the normal Dax future divided by 5. So only 5 EUR per point here.
And same data stream. Just the pricing (% per unit) is slightly higher.
Actual initial margin: 2541 EUR per contract.
Will be very interesting to see how volumes on the normal Dax future
develop and if some traders switch to the smaller brother.
It can even attract more traders on the Dax.

Even large one is relatively illiquid and slippage is sometimes severe. I get better execution on CFD believe it or not. All mini would do is to steal some volume from the large one and both will be more illiquid
