Took a loos today,

Took a very small loss today (live)
I think I should keep posting my every trade live or not in this journal.I feel like accountable by doing this. feels good.
Eventhough the loos was 0.008 % of my account size I still feel looser..funny though..

well since no one has told you what your doing wrong and mike is just glad your posting i will tell you,your trying to perdict what the market will do based on the current vol.dont try to trade like this you will never have success at trading like this.just because you have a vol spike doesnt mean the market is ready to change on you,all your lossers where horrible trades.so try learning price action before you mess with vol.you dont know enough about the markets to trade just using vol.and you are not using s/r the right way either,i hope this helps you and you decide to try a different method...sharky

Hmm thank you very much for your advice. something to think about. Regarding your proposal of trying a different system.. i feel i stick to VSA until i get a hang of it. One mistake I've done upto now is jumping one system to another.

oohh snap... you got ofended I think. I cant explain how much I appreciate someone even comenting on my trades. For last couple of days I just loging to my jornal to see wether some one replied or not. Then I find you giving me piece of gold advice.
I was trading more than two years now. The main problem I feel I have was I never stick to one system. I might tried couple of dosen systems now and never stick to one. Thats my main problem I realised. thats why I thought to stick to my method even its harder to learn.

what do you recomend incase of a good method for me anyway?
Your help would be much appreciated.
