My coach has me writing every 5 minutes while trading. I am to write What I am feeling, Why I am feeling it and IS THIS IN MY BEST interest. So, here goes

Feel anxious. I think because I had a good week, but still lost max one day and wiped out all 4 good days, so am scared. Also feel like I can execute and if I execute, I will probably make money.

Losing is never pleasant, I agree.

If one loss wiped out 4 days of profit it is highly likely that at least one of this sentences are true:

- Bad money management. I.e you scale between 0.5- 5% risk per trade
- Negative R:R to obtain high hit-rate. I.e 20 ticks stop loss 5 ticks target profit

Is this the case Rwhitt?

I can dialogue about this later, but am trading right now. The issue with me has been me and this exercise, when I do it, causes me to make better choices.

status is same, still sizing up and waiting on JP to get Omnovia fixed

feel like shorting TF, sizing up NQ as a hedge cause ON is asshort and we are at top of range.

still sizing up. TF is at 746 and NQ at 2356, glad I waited, as I woudl be spread and sweating right now. I sitll see it as a short for now

feel like short TF at 746, now missed it. Crap. Still waiting. Feel oK, but now have to watch myself for revenge trade

want to put a trade on so bad. Glad I waited, but frustrated cause TF was good short, but missed and now it has rotated back up. Euro kind of blowing out the top a little. Will wait a little longer. 8:49 am NQ and TF are tracking , but TF seems to be lagging behind. I think the long NQ and short TF is still a working startategy for this morning

Frustrated. Keep seeing trades, but not taking them. Was thinking of a long NQ at 2358, it went to 2361 a minute ago. Still waiting. JP is talking about an area now.
