Crude's pause here is most likely the 786. I would buy before shorting this area, but having a very cautious day so far/ Trading 1 contract, -2, +3, +2. Can't commit to a trade yet.

The small numbers are not targets, they result from dropped trades, lack of conviction. They just are what they are when I hit "close"

I really liked the volume at the direct 786 hit, but not sure yet... I might already be long this at 8:30am...

I don't know, never tried chatbox. I like to read through what I was thinking after the close sometimes.

And, then I would have to see what everyone else was saying...lol Can't mess with such a fragile mind.

CL did move higher... I wanted to buy and sell, so got out of it for awhile

G,

Stick with what is most comfortable to 'your' process. I email from Ninja (so easy) my notes and trades to my trading partner about 10-15X's a day. That is my 'zone' most of the time.

That and listening to meditative/'drone-zone' music that is highly 'harmonic' to my brain (it brings me into near alpha zone brainwaves).

Good 'tight' trading and thank you for your 'stream-of-consciousness' logic along the way.

you have a list of music titles you listen to...i've been trying different things and so far not really satisfied with any of it.
