Do you find anything useful on the reports? When I used to trade oil, the reports were just a time to be flat, but there was never and consensus as to which way to trade based off a report, and the report predictions were also vastly off the majority of time.

Hesitantly, I am short, moslty due to lack of followthru.

But, does follow my rules.

We have reversal on 9 range and 6 range, and 93 min OB, and in resistance zone. Volume burst got swallowed.

I like to know what it was for context, but the change is typically already priced in. The initial burst usually coincides with what you might expect, but the first move is often a false one.
