Easiest way, is when you see the file/files in the recycle bin you deleted, just click "Restore These Items" and it will put them back in the right location if you can't remember where you deleted...

Did you try to manually remove something form the My Documents-> NinjaTrader7 -> bin -> Custom folder like a 3rd party indicator, instead of using the 'Remove NinjaScript' Utility?
