I am no expert in Volume profile. I use TOS profile and it can be set to tick data. I am relatively new to Volume profile nuances in terms of importance of Volume Profile POC being exact.

TOS help desk can be pretty bad some times especially via e-mail . If you type in Linda Raschke in seminar search tab, you will see it. Webinar date is Feb 9th, 2011.
