Have you tried a wet dog food? When we were testing out foods we would give her a wet food if she wouldn't eat her dry food, just make sure it was mixed in and she didn't notice. I don't do this now...

I was doing half raw half reg dog food for a little bit and nothing really changed with my dog ( German Shepard )
if it was cheaper then dog food then I'd do it but its expensive and time...
