a little update on the ECM, i've set a timer on...
a little update on the ECM, i've set a timer on my computer for every 15 minutes and fill out 3 columns in the ECM every 15 minutes, it really helps... as long as your honest with your self.. thanks...

I agree but a lot of what I am looking for are momentum plays with the trend and if we retrace 5 pts for the entry then it seems like a decent amount of time we go into a draw down period/range...
