Copy the two .cs files...
Nobody's perfect :).
Copy the two .cs files in "My Documents\NinjaTrader 6.5\bin\Custom\Indicator"
Then
1) Open NinjaTrader
2) From the Control Center -> Tools -> Edit NinjaScript -> Indicator...
