From what I know this(ese) farm(s) will stay inactive until you ask for some real time data/historical data, that's the normal...

IB Gateway and Ninja
Goes someone here had any success in connecting Ninja to IB Gateway (http://206.106.137.3/php/apiUsersGuide/apiguide/api/run_the_api_through_the_ib_gateway.htm) ?
Multicharts is fine with IB...
