Firewall in the modem

Update:

It turned out to be the firewall on my modem.

My internet provider was able to fix it.

I thought firewalls were just on computers, I had no idea that modems had them too.

Failed to verify license.

When trying to load NT I am getting a message "Failed to verify license. Please try again in a few minutes". I am also unable to leave a message with Ninja Trader about this problem.
