Sent MC an error report and they replied just asking some generic questions like when they happen and causes etc but told them they are random so not much...

Thanks mate. This Rithmic issue is annoyingly random. I just keep getting pop up warnings from MultiCharts that the market data conection is broken, the DOM and charts freeze before the feed comes...

I mainly scalp the US index futures as well as a bit of CL and GC.
Don't like their Finamark platform so...
