No, unless you lose all profit and go back to the draw down limit.
At least that is what i would think, if you want to know for sure, just send them an email.

The draw down is trailing with open positions, so if you have 1 position with 500$ profit but for some reason you end up closing that trade break even, the maximum draw down balance still went up...
