I think one thing that goes unremarked too often...

I think one thing that goes unremarked too often is that day trading is very mentally demanding.

Seems to me that revenge trading is partially anger but also an exhaustion of the control you need...

I have done (on a smaller scale) what you have done many times. It is my biggest trading weakness. I went from 3k to 40k in a few weeks, then gave it back within hours.
