I saw his VP and Volume Bars as part of the Sierra suite (not by the same name) , but not the rest of the bottom indicators AFAIK (DeltaMomentum in particular).
I could be wrong, or maybe I need...

Close, but no Cigar on Sierra Delta Momentum
Hey Steve,
Unfortunately Nothing quite the same, there's no relation from one bar to the next with the Sierra plugins. Each bar resets and the candle starts over whether or not there is trend...
