If you have a particular concern, you should ask and NT will respond with an answer.

I've used NT Brokerage since they started and have had no issues that they were not able to resolve.

Just a suggestion but check your session setting for the instrument.
I noticed a similar thing and changed the session settings and solved the issue for me.

I'm able to connect.
But sometimes on the weekend (especially Saturday) they seem to do maintenance and connections sometimes timeout.

My wife has a small account at Etrade and is going to close that account.
She would like to open an account with Ninjatrader and use my Lifetime License (multibroker) to trade occasionally....

Is there a separate charge for Live NYSE TICK index data?

I noticed it shows on the Account Setup screen but does not seem to load anything...

I'm sure it would have been a 2 day approval if I had sent the requested forms sooner.
