I went to the investing.com page and it states...

I went to the investing.com page and it states some releases are at 11h30.......as opposed to the traditional 10h30.

but when I go to the corresponding 11h30 candle ----> there is no "spike", and...

What I meant was what time, as in the report...

What I meant was what time, as in the report isn't always released at 10h30
