As far as i know this affects US based customers only because IB is also a broker-dealer.
This will not affect their futures traders.

I am sorry if I was not clear. Optimus FX offer CQG FX via DirectFX which is registered in Australia.
DirectFX does not accept any US residents, but most other countries: Canada, Europe, Asia, Etc....

CQG FX as a trading platform. This is basically Q Trader for free and works as an ECN model.
As far as I know they are also adding the ability ti open multiple charts. They charge $70 per million....
