Just watched a video of his and on the bar chart above and below the bars are numbers, I assume buys on above the bars and sells below the bars. Is this number of bids and asks or bid/ask ratio? Or...

Anyone know how to create that on Sierra Chart? There is a bid volume vs ask volume study I think could work but not sure...
