How do you add a reference to a System namespaces

I backup and modify the \Documents\NinjaTrader...
I backup and modify the \Documents\NinjaTrader 7\Config.xml file. In the <References> section add <string>System.Data.dll</string> Restart NT and the assembly should be available.
