Sat with a short on ES for over 2 hours
missed target by a tic and moved stop as it rallied
Hit the stop and immediately went to target

Bias was down
great drop from 645 to 715 but only 14 points
sold the PB and then kept looking for the resumption of the down trend
only it...

shorted 4 times 3 small losses and a small profit
700 LH finally moved to MID
up 16 tics net

Seemed to have firmed up after a 50 tic drop
went lower
bounced to Vwap out -1 tic
up 75 for the day

Daily still up but hourly down
50% retrace is 5637
low of 2-19 5580
now 5554

FOMO Leads to bad trades and Lost Opportunity

739 looked like a double bottom at POC
bot 5588 with idea to average in near low of day
felt comfortable that with a range of almost 200 tics it should not run dwn much
saying
There is no price...
