Sure, you can but are you referring to that particular day or on a composite of a few years? I know people actually initiate and exit trades from these areas but I prefer to watch the volume there...

Thanks for sharing that link. I think this is a good example of what traders should not do as FT71 refers to a few times. I'm not too familiar with FT71 and these are only my opinions of course....
