Yes it can. Choice is by same time or same time...
Yes it can. Choice is by same time or same time same day of week. Day of week requires a lot more prior days on your chart.

Yes Harry has range projections in the new batch for 8 that just came out. I haven't looked at it but I would be confident it is an improvement over the prior stuff.
